He puts about...My dh makes blueberry-ginger sorbet. He puts about 1 tsp of freshly grated ginger-- here's his recipe.<br /><br />First make the simple syrup:<br />Bring 2 cups of water and 1.5 cups of sugar to a boil, stirring. Allow to boil for a minute. Cool the syrup in the fridge for an hour.<br />Then into the blender, add: <br />1 package of frozen blueberries <br />2.5 tbsp of fresh lemon juice<br />the simple syrup<br />1 tsp of freshly grated ginger<br /><br />blend until it's smooth, then pour into the ice cream maker drum and process in the machine until it's sorbet. <br /><br />Enjoy!<br /><br />(p.s.
