Weeds or wildflowers?

I took a walk through the pasture and was struck by how pretty the weeds and grass seed heads are.

Yarrow.

Clover.

Thistle. Eeek! I need to get this chopped down before seeds develop. How I'm actually going to get that accomplished, I don't know.

This grass is actually in my yard, not the pasture. I don't know what kind it is, but I love it. It tickles my ankles as I walk through.

We have clover and birdsfoot trefoil lining many of the curbs and hill sides in our city. It's so pretty. I love the yarrow in your pasture. Beautiful.

Maybe I will take some photos of my weeds. I have plenty for sure. Yours are very pretty indeed.

that lovely grass is wild barley :) One seed head will lead to many many more!

Thistle? My son and I want you to know that this is Eeyore's favorite treat! Perhaps a neighbor has donkeys who would enjoy "trimming" this for you?!?

I love all flowers - Even the occasional dandylion in my yard makes me smile instead of frown!
