Art of Alzheimer's-Linens and Lids

I didn't think I'd ever have more of these to share. I was looking through old photos, and found this.

I had probably given her some towels to fold, and she made art with them. The white is a lid from a plastic storage tub, and the blue lid from a plastic food container.

Waaaaahh!

Beautiful art. Sort photos, appreciate the beauty and cry on. Just went to a funeral yesterday for a 56 year old woman from our church who was taken from her family by Alzheimer's Disease. Such a waste. =(

Yay for hidden treasures! I love the contrast of the white and the vivid blue...

Awwww....
My mom used to doodle endlessly with a pencil and paper.
Some of the 'drawings' I found were quite beautiful.
I should have saved them. :o(
